Biographical Information:
Like my food and wine so decided Id better do some sort of exercise to counteract their effects. Started with running, then wanted to learn to swim and ended up getting sucked into Triathlon so cycling has been forced upon me. Survived Ironman Austria 70.3 and Aberfeldy Middle distance in 2010. Plan to do more of this distance in 2011: Lisbon in April and Aberfeldy again in August. |
